He was speechless, he kept smiling and then taking the smile of then smile again then take the smile off

Me: adaam don’t worry, finish your smile, its true, we just need to wait three months to make sure that your cancer cells are fully gone, but for now, your definitely perfectly fine 7ayatyy

Me: just give me all your love, never leave me again, promise you'll never leave me hanging again, that’s all I want from you

3 months later

Me and adam got married last month :D and his results came out, his cancer cells aren’t fully gone, but they aren’t in huge amounts, just a few medicines and treatments, and he'll be fine, laya gave birth to 2 beautiful twins, layan :D and yousif, reem and 3mad are getting engaged soon, d3y and marya are engaged xD 3adel le7een ga3d ydawrla wa7da, and me and adam got our dream life, I had my winter wonderland wedding, the wedding ive been dreaming of since I was 13, and now we live in a cute little stone house, with a huge backyard and a small pond that I was also dreaming off since I was 13 :p, im getting signs of pregnancy xD bs le7een mb akeed, it's a Friday night and I decided to tell adam the secret iv'e been keeping from him since the day we met, we were watching random t.v

Me: adam … ana 3ndy… I have this …(I inhaled deeply and then exhaled and decided to spill it out) adam I have a disease, my heart can just stop at any second, and it's without any specific reason, I don’t know when this is going to happen, I don’t know why it's going to happen, but it's a very rare disease, and that’s why my nose was bleeding lma r7na lbnan etha tthakar, I will have sypmtoms aw signs to show me that it's soon (I spoke as I watched his eyes fill up with tears, and as my tears fell uncontrollably down my cheeks) if I get dizzy a lot, and start fainting for no reasons, then my time is soon, bs galaw etha I see the signs, seeda aroo7 el mstashfa, and they might be able to help me, bs most probably not ya3ny, they haven’t had much cases like mine, I just wanted you to know, that whenever my heart stops,I don’t want you to forget me, I don’t want you to forget layan, but don’t stop your life for me, don’t get over obsessed with my death that you stop yours, ok 7ayaty pleaasee

He just watched me talk, with his mouth wide open and tears down his cheeks, he was speechless, len staw3ab el maw'9oo3, ga3d yray7nyy w ygooly ena mthl ma we survived every obstacle that came through our way, we will survive this one, I doubt it
