We just continued talking for a while then I called the girls w gltlhm ena tomorrow's the donations, they were all happy for me, bas laya kanat shwy 5ayfa, just like 3adel, bs nothings going to happen to me, im sure! After a while I went to sleep

We were on an island, far away from everyone, we were just so happy and like there was no bullshit in our lives, the water wasn't sky blue, it was even more beautiful than that, like a turquoise-ish blue, the sand was sooo soft and the the place was filled with green trees and bushes, we made ourselves a little house made of bamboo sticks, huge sized leaves and lots of vines.. it was soo cutee!! We were the only ones on this island, I mean it's our honey-moon we had to make it private, I was wearing my bikini  I got especially for this place, I watched Adam come out of the water slowly, water droplets were falling of his hair and they were all over his masculine HOT body, everytime I lay my eyes on him is like the first, I got up running to him so I can kiss him, I couldn’t wait any longer and then he started screaming my name

Adam: LAYAAAN, LAYAAAN

Me: Adaaaam (were is he going, WHY ISS HE GOING BACK INTO THE WATER!! WHAT HAPPENED TOO THE WATEER?!?!? WEEIN RAA7)

I opened my eyes and found my mum looking at me, OMG IT WAS A DREAM :O

Me: (since we're both thinking about having our future together, I thought it wouldn’t be such a bad idea telling them) mama walla I'll tell you later, bas I want 3adel w baba to here this too

Omy: I need yuu to drop me somewhere

I got up washed my face had breakfast, changed w wadait omy el seef, wlaa 6la3 3ndha style, ya3ny abadan matwa8a3t tshtry el thyab ely nagtleha xD

When we got back home it was about 2:30, so we had lunch w got changed again to go to the hospital, baba w 3adel couldn’t come back home so I'll tell them about adam tomorrow, w they won't be coming to the hospital either la2na theyre in work, so its only me and mama… oh btw, Adam is fine, I mean he still has cancer, bas hes not in the hospital, I tried talking to 7abeeb's family again, but there was no use, ma9adig fe awadem halon, sta'3fralla!

W9alna, now I was actually getting scared, madry laish bas I never thought of the pain I guess, bas whatever, 7abeeb ystahal!!

Omy: (as we were walking to the doctor's room) haa?? 5ayfe?

Me: haa?? Ohh umm laa

Omy: oh ok, explains why your face is yellow

Me: ohh ( I smiled to her an innocent smile, el 9ara7a, yes I am terrified)

Dashaina his room

Me w omy: el salam 3alaikm

Dr.Salem: w 3alaikm el salam, haa layan ready??

Me: yup, bs can I know how exactly this is going to happen, ya3ny will it be chna sa7b dam?

Dr.Salem: (he giggled) laa 6ab3an, we'll put you to sleep w its something we'll be taking from your stom-

Me: bs ok ok la tgooly, so it's like surgery

Dr.Salem: umm yea yuu can say that, but don’t worry it wont hurt a bit

He walked me to the place were I had to change into the suit thing

Nurse: ma'am?? Ready

Me: (breathing deeply now) yeess, ready

Nurse: ok come this way ( she lead me to this bed I guess I have to lay down now)

Me: I lay down on it??

Nurse: yes ma'am, but please put this one first(she handed me a hair cap, I put it on w I looked at a mirror, I LOOK LIKE A FREAAK!! ENSHALLAA MAFY A7ADD I KNOOW MNYY!!)

So I layed down on the bed and she took me outside the room, to my surprise, they were ALLL THERE D3y,Laya,Marya w Reem  and ofcourse my mum, the minute they saw me

All: … AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Me: heeeeeey taraaa its nott funyyyyy (the nurse was even laughing)

Nurse: I'll give you guys a minute

Omy: 7ayaty im going to go sign some things, I'll be 5 mins

I saw someone staring at me from far away, guess whoo?

Me: Adam?? (I waved with me hand)

He walked towards me

Adam: hahahaha la la 9ij its fine, layan good luck in there, stay strong (that’s our like moto now 'stay strong')

Me: enshalla I will, yalla you need to go my mum will be back

Adam: ( whispering in my ear) a7ibchh

I smiled to him like an idiot , mskeen d3y I could feel how mad he was, he still isn’t TOTALLY over me, bas I think marya is helping with that :p

Nurse: ok ma'am we need to go

I hugged everyone except d3y ofcourse, w I said bye to everyone w she took me .. everyone  will be waiting for me when im done, as the nurse was taking me down the hall, I saw 7abeeb on the other bed, he was still in a coma, mskeen 7alta 7ala, bas he'll be fine!!! Our beds were next to eachother now and I reached for his hand and held tight on to it, then I had to let go to get through the door and now, im in a surgery room :s..
